Its Been Awhile

Man, it's been awhile since I've updated. Guess I'll sum up what we've been up to.

Blake - Lived in St. David and went to school there for the whole school year. He moved back home this summer and decided to stay here. He attends online highschool and loves it! Hes a Sophmore this year. His grades are good and he enjoys being able to do school whenever he wants.
He turned 16 on March 1st. He hasn't got his drivers license yet but he will soon.
Blake got a horse from his Grandma Debs for his 16th birthday. His name is Chester. He's a 12 year old Quarter Horse. He's a rope horse that was also used at a Special Needs Kids Camp. Anybody can ride him and he's always calm. Blake is starting to learn to rope, and he's doing pretty good!

Jayden- doing online school too. Her grades are amazing! She attends a live math help group once a week and has learned alot! Her math grade went from F's last year to a high B since starting online school. Jay is a Freshman this year.
Jayden also got a horse. Hoss is a 12 year old Quarter Horse. He's HUGE! He has a dark stripe all the way down his back, and stripes on his legs. She's riding alot and loving it! Her favorite thing to do is ride out on the trails that are right outside where we board.

Dana - Still hauling cows. He works for a new company, Gosney Brothers. He loves it! His new boss Sheldon also owns a construction company. If Dana needs a break from hauling cows he can go back to running heavy equipment. He's been all over the US. Over New Years he hauled a load to Ohio. Then hauled a load back to Texas.

Andi- I spend my time helping the kids with their school. I have a horse too. Her name is Addy and she's a 5 year Thoroughbred. She used to race but didn't make it as a racehorse. She's a fun ride, and VERY fast!

I think that's about it...

Bike Park- October Break

Blake came home from St. David for a few days last week while school was out for October Break. Taylor came and stayed too. We had an awesome time while they were here. We spent quite a bit of time in Mesa at the bike park. It wasn't to hot, which was nice. I loved having them here!

Blake loves living in St. David. I miss him like crazy and take advantage of every chance I get to see him. He is getting good grades and making lots of friends. I was able to go down to St. David for Homecoming and meet some of his friends. It makes me happy to see him so happy.

Blake... again.

May 21st, 2010. Blake's 8th grade promtion from J.O. Combs 8th grade academy. There were 312 students in Blake's class. The gym was very full! I'm glad that I got there early so I had somewhere to sit. Dana wasn't able to make it, he was in Idaho hauling cows. Grandma and Grandpa Clerc came. Aunt Kathy came too. Jayden missed her last day of school so she could go too. The program lasted about 45 mins.

Congrats BLAKE!! We love you and are very proud of you!!

-Kai-

This is Kai, the little guy that I babysit. I've been watching him for over a year now! Crazy! We had to drive to the dairy where Dana was at washing out the cow trailer. Kai got to meet cows for the first time. He was SO cute and wasn't scared at all. The cows loved him and came right up to him. (His mom said it's fine for me to post these) They were so cute, I had to share!

Go Dbacks!

Dana was home for a few days and we scored some cheap tickets to go to a Diamondbacks baseball game! We went to the April 19th game against St. Louis. Of course I forget to take the camera.. so we have a couple of cell phone picts. Dbacks lost... but that's alright because we had a blast!! It was our first time going to a game this season.
